The client names, emails, invoice numbers, amounts and due dates you enter are saved only in your browser's local storage on your device. They are not sent to or stored on our servers. We can't see them, recover them, or sync them between devices. Clearing your browser data deletes them.
Reminder text is generated in your browser from templates. "Open in email app" hands the text to your own email program. We don't send any email for you.
If you upgrade, payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout page. We never receive or store your card details. Stripe processes your payment information under the Stripe Privacy Policy. Stripe keeps a record of your subscription (such as your email address and payment status), which we can see in our Stripe account to provide the service and handle refunds or support.
When you return from checkout, and about once a day after that, your browser sends the Stripe checkout reference (a code starting with "cs_") to our server. The server asks Stripe whether that subscription is paid and active, and sends back only yes or no. We don't store the reference or any result on our server. The reference is kept in your browser so it can be re-checked.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies or trackers. The site uses local storage only to save your invoices, your sign-off name and your Pro checkout reference.
