Terms of use

Last updated: 23 October 2026 (v2)

What it does

Invoice Chaser helps you keep a list of unpaid invoices and drafts reminder emails from templates. You choose whether to send them, and you're responsible for what you send. Check every email before sending it. The templates are general wording, not legal or financial advice. Only mention late fees, collections or other steps if your agreement and local law allow them.

Plans

The free plan tracks up to 3 unpaid invoices. Pro costs US$9 per month (plus any applicable tax shown at checkout), renews monthly, and unlocks unlimited invoices. You can cancel at any time and you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Depending on your location, Stripe may act as the seller of record and show its own terms at checkout. We never handle your card details.

How Pro is unlocked

There are no accounts. After checkout, our server checks with Stripe that your subscription is paid and active, then Pro is unlocked in the browser you checked out from. We re-check about once a day, so Pro switches off after the subscription ends. Pro won't carry over to another browser or device, and it's lost if you clear your browser data. If that happens, contact us at jonesy8523804@mail.grokbot.com with your Stripe receipt and we'll help.

Cancelling

To cancel, contact us at the address above. If you leave checkout before paying, you are not charged.

Your data

Your invoice data is stored only in your browser (see Privacy). We can't recover it if it's deleted, so keep your own records.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We aren't liable for unpaid invoices, lost data, or the result of any email you send, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
